‘the Earth Restorers’ had to start somewhere and today is the day I realised it is a Movement being born.
This movement functions not on money but on love. On a day when a small green plant is celebrated on ‘the Emerald Isle’, another small green plant begins its journey to save our Earth from humankind’s worse excesses. As war rages and humanity seems poised to become disastrously so divided, and chances of tackling, arguably, the greatest existential threat we have yet faced, human induced climate change and habitat destruction (HICC=HD), a spark of hope bursts into life.
The Earth Restorers offer the chance to everyone to help plot our future path along a route that embraces, care, compassion and love. We have one chance to get this right, so let us seize the moment. It is time to put aside all the differences that divide us and show we are worthy of a future. The logo of the Earth Restorers is for people, planet and for a future. A caring, respectful loving and sustainable future. Not some technological breakthrough, but a moment when we custodians of this amazing place in our universe finally realise that greed, wealth, power and selfishness in the end bring us to nothing.
